Our method

We don’t manage creators.
We build them.

A 90-day programme, run in milestones. Personalised by AI, corrected by editors and producers who have actually shipped work. Not a syllabus you sit through — a practice you ship from.

The 90-day spine

Three phases.
One milestone review.

Every cohort is structured the same way. These three windows repeat in 90-day cycles for as long as the work keeps going.

Day 0 — 3001 / 03

Assessment + audit

We read every post you've made in the last six months. Strengths, gaps, patterns. We draft your 90-day plan and your personal curriculum map.

Day 30 — 6002 / 03

Craft in public

You ship new work to a new cadence. We critique weekly — same editor, same hour, until the feedback compounds. First brand conversations open if fit is there.

Day 60 — 9003 / 03

Campaign + review

First paid campaign runs. Numbers are reported back transparently — to you, to the brand, to us. 90-day review closes the milestone and opens the next.

The curriculum

Six modules. Taught in the work.

Nothing here is theory-only. Every module is taught while you’re shipping real content, reviewed by the same editor each cycle.

M1

Platform mechanics

How the algorithm actually decides. Format-specific craft for Instagram, YouTube, and X — what the retention curves say, and how to shape to them without chasing.

M2

Audience psychology

Who watches, when, and why they stay. We build you an audience persona you can write to — not a demographic slide.

M3

Camera presence

The first three seconds. Framing, lens language, audio fundamentals, the under-appreciated craft of being on camera without trying to be.

M4

Brand readiness

Rate cards, media kits, deck etiquette, brief comprehension. The business skills nobody teaches a creator before their first paid deal.

M5

Compliance craft

ASCI disclosure, SEBI for finance creators, IRDAI for insurance pieces, FSSAI for food — for India-served work. For creators in other markets, your local equivalents (ASA in the UK, AANA in Australia, FTC in the US, and others). The unglamorous literacy that makes your deals bulletproof.

M6

Analytics fluency

Reading your numbers the way a producer reads them — retention, watch-through, share rate, saves. Optimising without obsessing.

Review cadence

Weekly critique.
Quarterly reset.

The programme runs on a 90-day clock — not because we invented the number, but because it’s the shortest unit where creator habits actually compound.

Every week, one craft critique from the same editor. Every quarter, a milestone review where we look at the numbers together and decide what changes next. No fixed end date — we stay on while the work keeps going.
